Energy accounting and assessment of energy consumption

In co-operation with the responsible caretakers and building authorities, we have prepared the annual energy accounts for various communities since 2001. This provides information about the condition of the in-house technical equipment, monitors the energy consumption and serves as a sound basis for optimized building management. If desired, in an additional local evaluation we balance the effective energy consumption with the requirements of the regional energy laws (SIA 380-1) and the Minergie Standard.
